On quality paper with illustrations. 286 pages with an index with maps on endpapers (though front map does have a private bookplate (George Horsefall Frodsham, Bishop who for some reason felt the need to sign his name on the title page) the red cloth is faded but otherwise a tight clean copy. SHIBDEN HALL – Halifax

A strange on one this, a 12X9 folder produces (undated) by Calderdale Museums Service. Entrance to the Hall was Adults 15P and Children 8P so after 1971 but I suspect not long after, the telephone number was 52246.

This consists of a folder with loose pages (A4) 32 pages in all printed on glossy paper, there is no index so I can’t tell if any pages are missing. The cover is a bit dusty but the inserts are as new, well illustrated.

The piece on Ann Lister fails to mention her sexuality.
